Our Approach
Thank you for shopping with Friday Lamps (“we”, “us”, “our”). We take great care in creating each lamp and want every customer to have a pleasant experience. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and replacements are handled in a clear and fair way.
Order Cancellations
Since many of our products are 3D-printed and made to order, cancellations are possible only before production has started.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production or printing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
If an order is successfully cancelled before production, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
All products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
Because our lamps are custom-made:
- Refunds are not offered for preference-based reasons, such as a change of mind, décor changes, or ordering the wrong size or color.
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The order is cancelled by us due to availability or production issues
- The product arrives damaged or defective and a replacement is not feasible
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged, or
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution, wherever possible.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Items in Transit
While we pack every order securely, damage during transit can occasionally occur. In such cases, timely communication and supporting images help us assist you effectively.
