Order Processing & Dispatch

Many of our lamps are 3D-printed and made to order, so dispatch times may vary from product to product. The estimated production and dispatch timeline is always mentioned on the respective product page. We recommend checking this before placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, delivery generally takes:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.

Delays & Responsibility

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the promised timeframe, delivery timelines are managed by third-party logistics services.

Friday Lamps is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, operational disruptions, or regional service limitations. Our responsibility is limited to dispatching your order within the committed time mentioned on the product page.
